HEALTH CARE INSPECTORATE INSPECTS LASER EYE SURGERIES IN THE NETHERLANDS
Recently, the HCI (Health Care Inspectorate) inspected and evaluated all 46 clinics in the Netherland. All the clinics received a questionnaire with various subjects such as hygiene, infections and work methods. In addition, the HCI visited 26 clinics, including CARE Vision.
At the beginning of March 2009 the HCI paid a visit to our clinic in The Hague. Just like with all the clinics, a careful inspection was conducted to ascertain whether CARE Vision meets the requirements set by the HCI for laser eye clinics. This inspection showed that CARE Vision does an excellent job on infection control. This is due, in part, because we work carefully according to various protocols, thanks to which various controls take place before, during and after the surgery. Furthermore, our doctors are available 24/7 for our clients. Should a complication arise, our clients can turn directly to our doctors.
